related to the Intellicheck Mobilisa devices and staffed 7 days/week, 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year.
When customers contact the help desk they can expect high quality and rapid
technical services. Customers should be prepared to give their name, affiliation
and a phone number where they can be contacted. Our technicians will collect
information about the problem and make a determination as to the most qualified
person to resolve the case. For the most common problems, the help desk has
developed procedures that can be dictated through the phone which will be able
to resolve the issue or provide our customers with a solution to test. Typically
this takes approximately 20-40 minutes. If the problem persists
Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. will send a technician to the customer's site.
